I am a designer, illustrator, data visualist, and educator.
I believe a designer should create work that is reflective of the communities they serve. This means designing for an audience that is diverse in identity, gender, race, ethnicity, and ability. I go further to apply these practices to imagery, asset selection, and staffing to ensure that every aspect of my work – no matter how small – has equity in mind.
